Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do with my pets while my yard is treated?
All people and pets must be indoors during the time your yard is treated for mosquitos. Once the yard is treated, we ask that you allow 30 minutes for the product to fully dry. Once dry, people and pets can resume normal activities in the yard.
How long does a treatment last?
Treatments normally last about 21 days. You can expect us to return after that time for your next treatment. Consistency is a key to effective mosquito control.
Note: weather or other circumstances may impact your service date by a day or
two.
How long does it take for treatments to work?
It may take up to 48 hours for the treatment to take effect and kill those pesky mosquitos. Usually, the first treatment eliminates 80%-85% of your mosquito population with
subsequent treatments ridding your yard of 90-100% of mosquitos.
How does your Mosquito-Free Guarantee work?
We offer a mosquito-free guarantee to season-long customers. We will re-treat
your yard at no charge between treatments if you have any noticeable issues. Contact us for more details.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. To take advantage of our referral program, refer us to a new customer and you can earn a
free treatment if they sign up for two treatments.
What can I do to help reduce mosquitos on my property?
Mosquito control is a partnership. We will make every effort to treat all of your property but cannot treat areas that are dangerous to enter. To ensure that your yard remains mosquito-free, we suggest the following:
- Eliminate any sources of standing water including buckets, wheelbarrows,
toys, gutters, etc. - Keep your grass trimmed and neat.
- Keep your yard free of debris.
